The goal of the survey is to investigate the ICT procurement habits of ICT public procurers within EU 28 public entities and to ask their opinion about the current ICT procurement legal framework; both at the national and supranational level. The results of the survey will be presented at the third Standards-Based ICT procurement Workshop (June/July 2015).
